It's Best Friends Day!

What better way to let a friend know how much they mean to you then to send them a homemade card! Happy Best Friends Day to you all!

I posted a photo of the Ornate Garden Suite a week or so ago and said I would be playing with it as soon as it arrived! Look at this card made with one of the beautiful Layered Dies and the Ornate Garden Specialty Designer Series Paper. I am loving the lacy, dainty, floral way of this suite. The sentiment, perfect for that (those) special friend(s) in your life.

The Ornate Garden Designer Series Paper is full of different floral patterns and foils. I will be showing you cards made from the foils tomorrow.

The colors of card stock I used are Flirty Flamingo (yummy) and Whisper White. The sentiment is stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I used the Ornate Layers Dies and the Heart Punch pack to layer the card.

You can see above that I decorated the outside of the envelope with the Designer Series Paper, and here I also added just a touch of color and decor to the inside of the card for that WOW factor! I don't know about you, but if I received this card from a friend, I would melt. Look at the extra love in the pink hearts! So sweet!

Below are photos of the Dies that come with this beautiful suite and the punches which belong to another bundle called Heartfelt.

These two punches come together in the Heart Punch Pack and layer nicely, one over the other, for a great background for your sentiments. Hearts are not JUST for Valentines Day!

These are the Ornate Border Dies. I will be showing you some cards tomorrow that I made using these. They are really cool and there are so many things you can do with these six dies and the 3 extra flower dies added in. So worth every penny spent!

Don't lose your mind over these! Look at the detail! You can tell from the card above that every nook and cranny of these dies is a beautiful layer of, Umm, YES! I cannot wait to make more cards with these dies and share them with you.

I have listed all of the product used to make this card below. Just click on a product and it will take you to the Stampin' Up! Store where you can purchase them all or just the things you love the most!!

I hope you enjoyed this post and this card. Give it a love, like or comment!
