Mason Jar Shaker Dome and Tips

Mason jars come in many colors, shapes and sizes. They hold marbles, loose change, flowers and so much more! Here I have used the Stampin' Up! Mason Shaker Jar to hold the Jar of Flowers stamp set and cookies from Nothings Better Than stamp set!

I used the Mason Shaker Dome here to hold the sunflowers from the Jar of Flowers stamp set.

Tip: to get some depth on your card by stamping the sunflower bouquet on a scrap piece of card stock and cut one of the sunflowers out. Color it, and using dimensionals add it to the stamped image like I did here!

I used Stampin' Blends to color this card and I think the colors are amazing! Stampin' Blends are alcohol based markers and they are so much fun to color with. They create a smooth coat of color and provide an even and beautiful way to also add depth on your card.

Here you can see the Mason Shaker dome along with the depth of placing that extra sunflower and adding depth with the Stampin' Blends.

Cookies! Chocolate Chip Cookies! Chocolate Chip Cookies in a Mason Shaker jar. I stamped and then colored these sweet morsels with Stampin' Blends, cut them out with a die cutting machine and placed them in this cute shaker jar!

Tip: because the Mason Jar Shaker dome is 3-D and makes the card too large for an envelope, I used one of the Stampin' Up! Acetate Card Boxes and put a ribbon and a few extra cookies on it! Walla! A beautifully decorated acetate envelope!
