Stampin' Up! Ornate Specialty Designer Series Paper's "Other Side"

I have showed you cards made from the Ornate Specialty Designer Series Paper in previous posts. If you look closely, the 12" x 12" pieces of designer series paper are two-sided. Some of the paper is foil and oh so shiny and beautiful. I played with it and made some simple cards to show you.

You get 12 sheets of 12"x 12" paper: 2 each of 6 double-sided designs. There are so many colors in this paper it is easy to match them with any of our inks, card stock colors, and embellishments.

Here is a very simple card made with the foil side of the paper, gold foil, whisper white card stock, and gold thread from the Forever Greenery Trim Combo Pack.

The sentiment is stamped in Soft Suede ink and looks just like gold when stamped on white, don't you agree?! I used the same punch as before; Lovely Label Punch and made two different sizes and layered them for my sentiment.

This card also uses the foil side of the Specialty Designer Series Paper in Mint Macaron (yes, not sic). I used the large Daisy Punch to make the flower, the gold thread again and for my background I used one of my fave stamp sets, Woven Heirloom. The sentiment, again stamped in Soft Suede is from the Lovely you stamp set. For the finishing touch I placed a Gold Glitter Enamel Dot in the middle of the flower!
