The Tropics, Anyone?

Today is National Pina Colada Day! The rum-based cocktail called the pina colada was first created in San Juan, Puerto Rico, but the bartender who first mixed up this iconic cocktail remains a point of contention. (so worth a look up!) Anyway, we know that it was created in 1954 at the Caribe Hilton, San Juan, Puerto Rico.

It was very hard making this cute cocktail glass "white" but we all know that the infamous pina colada is just that! White and frosty! Oh, and those are pineapple slices on the rims (needed some explanation because they are really lemons and I tried)
